2 Baking Potatoes cut into small bite size chunks
1 Tbsp The Greedy Fox Moroccan Seasoning
1 Tbsp rape seed, olive oil or your low fat alternative.
Pre heat oven 200 degree
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil add the chopped potatoes and part boil for 5 minutes, then drain and leave to steam cool in the pan.
When a little cooler throw in the oil and toss to coat, next add The Greedy Fox Moroccan Seasoning and toss again to coat.
Tip onto a baking tray in a single layer [use 2 trays if necessary] and cook for 20 mins or until golden and crispy.
A perfect side dish or quick snack.
