The Greedy Fox Frickles

A little bit naughty but a brilliant nibble to go with a cold beer!
Chopped pickled gherkins
3tbsp plain flour, gluten free works well.
1-2 Tbsp The Greedy fox seasoning. Cajun/Caribbean/Mexican.
50ml Peroni or Corona.
Oil for frying
Preheat oil 190deg
Mix the Greedy Fox seasoning of your choice with the flour.
Add the lager and mix to form a batter.
Dredge the pickles through the batter to coat and carefully drop into the hot oil.
Fry in batches
Fry for 2-3mins until crispy and golden.
