2 bags boil in the bag long grain/wholegrain/Brown rice Cooked and chilled.
1/2 Onion, chopped
50 gr Carrot cut into matchsticks
1 lrg free range egg, beaten
1-2 tsp The Greedy Fox Chinese 5 spice
1-2 Tbsp sunflower oil
1tsp sesame oil
4 spring onion, chopped.
Heat oil in a Large wok or frying pan. When hot add onion and carrot cook for 2 mins.
Mix the egg with the sesame oil.
Next add the rice and cook to warm through stir through The Greedy Fox Chines 5 spice.
Pour the egg mix over the rice and leave for 1 min to let the egg set, when set add the soy sauce and stir to combine.
Add the spring onions and cook for a further 1 min.
