3 Lamb steaks
1 Tbsp The Greedy Fox Cajun seasoning
1/4 Large diced red pepper
1/4 Large diced green pepper
1/2 Red Onion large diced roughly the size as the peppers.
6-8 kebab skewers
Pre-heat grill med/high
If using wooden kebab skewers soak in cold water for 30 mins before using.
Chop the lamb into roughly the same sized cubes and season with The Greedy Fox Cajun Seasoning.
Alternating between the veg and lamb, starting with the onion thread onto the freshly soaked kebab skewers.
Place on a tray and cooked under a pre-heated grill for 4 mins each side [8 in total] or until cooked to your liking.
Serve with a squeeze of lime and an ice cold cerveza.
