Moroccan Lamb Kofta by The Greedy Fox
This Moroccan Lamb Kofta recipe is super easy, super tasty and perfect for freezing so when the British weather is raining in the morning and glorious in the afternoon, you are BBQ ready. We enjoy these in so many different ways, with potatoes or just with a pitta bread and a hearty salad.
500 g Lamb mince
1/2 White onion chopped
50 g breadcrumbs, we used panko but any will work well
2 Tbsp chopped fresh coriander
5 Kebab skewers soaked in water for 20 mins
Pre-heat grill med-high
In large bowl mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Shape into 10 50gr sausages and skewer 2 per kebab
Cook under the grill for 3 minutes each side 10-12 in total or until cooked right through.
