Everybody loves a pie so what better way to use up leftover Christmas meat than our Leftover Turkey Pie. You can literally add whatever you have left, even popping some leftover veg in this works well. As you know we are all about making the most of what we have, with food an life and this is just another perfect example of a budget friendly, resourceful, family recipe.
350g leftover turkey
500ml Leftover Turkey Gravy
The Greedy Fox Burger and Steak Seasoning
Leftover peas/frozen peas
1 pack puff pastry
Pre heat oven to 180 deg
Fry the mushrooms in the oil over a medium heat with The Greedy Fox Burger and Steak seasoning
Add the turkey and gravy cook for another 5 mins.
Pour Turkey mixture into a pie dish and top with the pastry crimp the edges with the back of a fork and cut a small slit in the to to let some steam out.
Brush with egg and bake for 45mins or until golden.
