Honey and Soy 5 Spice Chicken by The Greedy Fox

These Honey and Soy 5 Spice Chicken is a brilliantly simple mid week meal quick, Perfect after a long day working. Served with boiled or fried rice and stir fried broccoli or pak choi it will leave you comfortably full.

Ingredients 

8 bone in skin Chicken Thighs

1tbsp The Greedy Fox Chinese 5 Spice

3tbsp soy sauce or your gluten free alternative

2tbsp oil

3tbsp Honey

1tsp Garlic

1tsp Ginger

Method

pre heat oven 180 deg

Mix all the ingredients [not the chicken thighs yet]

Now add the Chicken thighs and mix well, leave to marinate for 1 hr/or over night in the fridge.

Place Chicken thighs on a snug fitting baking tray and cook for 40-45 mins or until cooked through and golden, basting every 10 mins.

These Honey and Soy 5 Spice Chicken Thighs are excellent served with boiled rice and stir fried broccoli.
