Goan Pulled Pork coconut Curry by The Greedy Fox

Goan Pulled Pork Coconut Curry is a beautifully fragrant curry dive in and enjoy this wonderful meal. Serve with Boiled rice and a full compliment of Indian snacks.
Ingredients.
Goan Paste
1 tbsp The Greedy Fox Goan Seasoning
1 Onion roughly chopped
A small handful, About 15g coriander stalk
100g Coconut milk [usr from the tin below]
1 Green Chilli [If you want heat]
1tbsp Soy Sauce or you gluten free alternative.
Curry
1.5kg Pork shoulder. All visible fat removed.
1x400g tin coconut milk minus the 100g used above
150g Frozen Pea
1 heaped tbsp The Greedy Fox Goan Seasoning
100g Spinach
A large handful coriander roughly chopped
1tbsp flour.
300ml chicken stock.
Method.
Blend al the paste ingredients together to make a paste.
Place pork into a large bowl and tip paste over rubbing it all in well leave to marinate for 1hr.
In a slow cooker place Onion, stock and after the hr place pork onto the onion cook on low for 7hrs
After the 7hrs remove pork from slow cooker and cover with tin foil.
Add the flour to the coconut milk and mix well.
Put peas into the slow cooker, Add the coconut milk. mix well.
Pull The pork into large chunks and add back to curry sauce
The the sauce has thickened to you liking stir through the spinach and serve.
