Crispy Kale by The Greedy Fox

Swap out greasy potato crisps for these baked Crispy Kale snacks, just drizzle with oil and season with your favourite Greedy Fox Seasoning and bake. They are best eaten straight away as they lose their crunch after an hour or so.

According to the Vegetarian Times Kale is a mineral rich in manganese, a mineral that aids the production of sex hormones, serve this as an appetiser or light snack.

1 cup of Kale has nearly 3 grams of protein, 2.5 grams protein, vitamins A,C and K amongst other making it delicious and really guilt free.



rape seed oil, or any oil of your choosing.

1 Tbsp The Greedy Fox Caribbean Seasoning (Moroccan and Cajun also work well)


Pre Heat oven 180 deg

Tear off any hard bits of stalk from the kale

Drizzle with a little oil and toss to coat all pieces kale

Sprinkle with your favourite Greedy Fox Seasoning toss again to evenly coat.

Line a oven tray with greaseproof paper load kale onto tray in an even layer.

Bake in the oven for 5-7 mins.

Serve Crispy Kale while hot.
