BBQ Pulled Pork is soft and juicy, this recipe will be a firm family favourite after the first mouthful. Pair this pork with your best bbq sauce and or hot sauce and you will have an instant crowd pleaser.
1.5kg Shoulder Pork [bone in or out it doesn’t matter]
1 Onion thickly sliced
300ml Good quality chicken stock
1 heaped tbsp The Greedy Fox BBQ Seasoning
Remove all visible fat from the pork [perfect for crackling]
Heat a large frying pan on high add the oil and sear the pork on all sides until golden.
Add the sliced onion and chicken stock to the slow cooker
Season a chopping board with The Greedy Fox BBQ seasoning and roll the pork to coat.
Place in the slow cooker, cook on low for 8hrs.
After the 8hrs pull apart with 2 forks.

Not using a slow cooker
After searing and rolling pork in The Greedy Fox BBQ seasoning add the sliced onion to a roasting tray, place the seared pork on top add 1/2 the stock to the pan and double wrap the top of the pan in tin foil, cook @140 deg for 6hrs.
