Salmon is incredible but this Moroccan Salmon takes it to a whole new level. Not a budget meal but worth it when you have the pennies for a real treat! If you are frightened of cooking fish, salmon is a good place to start, its nice and firm and one of the easiest fish to cook. We love salmon more than any fish because its rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, full of vitamin B and a great source of protein. It goes perfectly with our Moroccan Seasoning.
If you like salmon keep an eye out on supermarket offers for a whole salmon, they are generally already filleted and we just portion it and freeze them. We decided a long time ago to ensure that fish was in our diet at least once a week and this is one of the ways we sustain it and makes it better value for money.
2 Salmon fillets
100 grm natural yogurt/dairy free alternative
1/2 Lemon juice only
Salt and Pepper
Pre heat grill med/high.
Mix The Greedy Fox Moroccan seasoning with the yogurt season with the lemon juice and a little salt and pepper to taste.
Marinade the the salmon for 20 mins in half the yogurt, reserve the other half for later.
Wipe excess yogurt from the salmon and grill for 4 mins each side.
Serve with reserved yogurt and sweet potato mash
