This Moroccan Pork Kebab recipe serves 4 but is easily doubled or even tripled for parties and BBQs. At the right time of year cherry tomatoes give this recipe an incredible sweetness. Combines with the peppers this makes a really colourful dish. Our Moroccan Seasoning gives this a lovely kick but without any ‘vindaloo’ type heat. You can change this recipe to use any of our seasonings but we love Moroccan with a pork kebab.

Its the perfect recipe when you are invited to a last minute BBQ and you have nothing to take but it’s the kind of BBQ where you need to impress! (or the BBQ that you were invited to by the super organised mum 4 weeks ago and you’ve forgotten!)


500g  Diced pork steak

1-2 tbsp The Greedy Fox Moroccan seasoning

A handful cherry tomatoes

A handful diced peppers

Kebab sticks soaked in water for 30 mins


Pre-heat grill med-high

Add 1-2 tbsp The Greedy Fox Moroccan to then pork and rub in well.

Alternating between the tomatoes,pork and peppers, load the kebab sticks until all the meat is used up.

Cook under the grill for 3 mins each side (12mins in total] or until cooked through.

Serve with The Greedy Fox Cauliflower cous cous, swapping the Mexican seasoning for the Moroccan.
