Jerk Corn Balls

We love to use these when the football is on and we are having a few beers. This recipe uses our Greedy Fox Caribbean seasoning. They make the perfect beer munchies. We often dip them in our favourite Chilli sauce or serve with a dollop of fat free natural yoghurt. We prepare these in the morning and then pop them in the oven just before half time, they have a delicious caribbean taste.

 

Ingredients

75 gram chick peas (drained)
75 gram sweetcorn (drained)
2 teaspoon The Greedy Fox caribbean seasoning
Small handful coriander
1 tablespoon gluten free plain flour
Chopped chilli, use as much as you can handle
1 tablespoon lime juice

Method

1)Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined but leaving a little texture in the mix.
2) Shape into walnut sized balls [between 6-8].
3) And either deep fry for 5 mins at 180 deg
or bake in the oven at 200 deg for 12 mins
