Here is our fruity Goan Curry Paste. If you like spice don’t fret just add a green chilli to the blender and all will be well. Brilliant added to meat, fish and veggies and even coconut milk for a quick curry sauce.
1 Onion roughly chopped
A small handful coriander stalk
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce or your gluten free alternative
Place all of the ingredients into a blender a whizz to a paste.
