Easy Goan Chicken Curry by The Greedy Fox

A quick Easy Goan Chicken Curry ready in under 20 mins. Full of flavour with a creamy coconut sauce perfect served with an array of your favourite Indian snacks.


1 x Greedy Fox shot Goan seasoning

2 Chicken Breast, diced

1 onion roughly chopped

400g Tin coconut milk (reduced fat for a healthier alternative)

1 tbsp corn flour

large handful spinach

1 tsp fish sauce

A few tbsp water

1 tbsp Soy

Juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp oil



Heat the oil in a large pan over a med/high heat and sauce the onions until translucent and starting to colour.

Add The Greedy Fox Shot of Goan Seasoning and mix well, cook 1 min if it seems a little dry add a few tbsp water.

Stir through the Cornflour.

Carefully add the chicken and mix well cook for 5 minutes until browned and nearly cooked through.

Pour in the coconut milk, mix well and cook for 5 mins.

Add the fish sauce, soy sauce and lime juice. Season to taste.

Put all the spinach on top of the curry, cover with a lid and steam for a minute.

Stir through the spinach and serve.

Best served with boiled rice and your favourite Indian snacks.
