We first developed this Cajun Pumpkin Seeds recipe at Halloween when we were making pumpkins with the kids. It just seemed such a waste to get rid of all that insides so after we made a soup from the flesh we took to work with the seeds and we are glad we did. Pumpkin Seeds are high in protein, potassium and fibre so don’t waste them. These salty cajun seeds are a little moorish so tuck in while they’re hot, they don’t last long!!!
Remember our kits are multiple use meal kits, one pot will make between 4 and 5 delicious family meals. Our seasoning blends are also perfect for people who meal prep, making your food tasty and healthy. They contain no additives or nasties and whilst we cannot guarantee any cross contamination (but rest assured we are working on it), our daughter is coeliac so our products are naturally gluten free.
